Francois-Xavier Mallet is Managing Partner of Euro|Asia Partnership, based in Paris & Tokyo.
He consults to foreign corporations operating in the Asia Pacific (Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia), Continental and Eastern Europe including CIS and Central Europe.
Francois has assisted Fortune 100 companies identify high calibre geographic and functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, General Management, Finance, Logistics and Security among others.
Francois’ international executive search experience commenced with Alexandre Tic in Paris, where he assisted industrial and service sector groups to source senior Sales, Technical and General Management executives for their European, North American, African and Asia-Pacific operations.
As a European consultant familiar with Continental Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Central, Eastern Europe and Asia labour markets, Francois enjoys the cross-cultural challenges of working between western and eastern clients and candidates.
Francois grew up in northern France and completed his business degree also in France. He did his internships in Bangkok and Montreal. While serving in the Bataillon de Chasseurs Alpins of the French Army, he was posted in Annecy in the French Alps where he learned to build igloos.
Married to a Japanese, Francois speaks English, French and some Japanese.
