Lucy has over 24 years' executive search experience across Japan, the Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.

Lucy has assisted Fortune 5 and other global multinational companies to identify high calibre Regional & Country Executives across key functional areas including Mergers & Acquisitions, Human Resources, In-House Attorneys, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Information Officers, Heads of Government/Regulatory Affairs, Strategic Marketing and Corporate Communications.  She consults to various industries, including investment banking, consumer finance, diversified industrials, healthcare. 

Lucy completed a Degree in Japanese and Japanese history in Australia.

She collects Japanese antique porcelain, particularly kutani sakazuki from the Edo and Meiji periods as well as Imari “Hollander” porcelain from 1640, depicting early scenes of foreign visits to Japan.
