Richard Marshall is Founder & Co-Chair of The Asia Partnership, based in Sydney. 

Richard has over 25 years’ experience in executive search, management consulting and general management, gained in the Asia Pacific, Central Asia, CIS, Africa and Middle East.

Richard has specialized in completing international searches for global professional service firms.  He has extensive experience across the Asia Pacific region identifying Partners, Senior Consulting professionals and functional management.

Richard gained his early commercial experience in financial services and energy, before joining a Big 4 accounting firm, as a management consultant.  Prior to founding The Asia Partnership in 1991, Richard held a management role with a global communications services group.  He completed his business degree in Australia.

Richard is a member of the Rotary Club of Sydney Cove and he enjoys sailing and water colour painting.
